watch out for your cat's health as this syndrome is a common one. it happens when its tail is pulled, either by mishandling, getting run over or by the usual suspects, the dogs. can lead to hind limb paralysis, masquerading as hip dislocation. treatment option are poor. would like to know innovative or new treatment options.

its due to the stretching of nerves in the tail, since its just a stump, i guess it shouldn't be a problem.
