I am looking for a full scholarship in teaching English.

I am Phung Van De (De Phung) I am an English teacher at Tra Vinh University, Tra Vinh town, Vietnam. I have been working for the university for more than two years. I'd like to improve my English skills as well as my methodology in teaching English at a university. I do want to study in a forgein country (an English speaking one)because I think there I can practice my English skills and I will have chances to research more deeply one of the aspects of English language. At that time I cannot affordable to support my higher education; therefore, finding a scholarship is a must if I want to countinue my education career. Could you please introduce an M.A scholarship in teaching English to me? I have no time to practice my English for TOEFL test. Is there any scholarship which doesn't reqiure the scores of TOEFL or IELTS.
