Do you believe in God...?

Do you believe in God...? Is their proof for God's existence? I believe that the existence of this world is proof that God exists, I cannot see how anyone can say that God does not exist. I am a bit more sceptical about religion. This is merely man's interpretation. But there has to be a God,in whatever form.
It does scare me because, if there is a God there has to be an equal opposite...the devil.

I suggest that you should "Change" you wrong perspective before it is too late! Obviously, you never been to church since you state your comments above!

Knowing that animals have the ability to adapt and evolve to live in their surroundings goes against the theory of creationism. The thing is there is no solid proof of "god" existing, and if I were to believe in a holy book, the Qur'an makes more sense than the bible. I put more faith in logic and science than just hope and fiction.

for those of you that do believe in God, how do you respond to the accusation that you are doing so "just in case"? SOmebody recently said to me that the only reason I pray or believe in God was to comfort myself and also on the off chance that there is a God - I was accused of "knowing" that there really isn't one if I really think about it. How do people respond to this?

I've joined this site for about 1 month already. I find that most members here like to ask this question "Do you believe in God...?" I don't understand what their main objective actually. I think, if you believe about sinner then you must know that God does really exist. Anyway, let me tell you that I already put all my life to Jesus Christ which is the saviour. I believe in Him and i also believe that someone can get heal through the name of "Jesus"

its wat u believe in. taking the scientific point of view, everything that happens has a rational explation, be it anything, any miracle. so ultimately its upto you to believe in GOD or the DEVIL!!!

Yes, I believe in God almighty I maybe a non church goer but I had faith in our creator. I had been through ups and down in my life and I had once question my faith in him but I always learn to go back to him because he always show me the right path in my life. He never leave me in times when am down.What's happening with my life right now is an indication that God is there just waiting for the lost souls who come his way.
