I agree with bathing everyday but studies suggest that by doing so we are actually washing off some of the good bacteria that could help keep us from getting sick.

Taking bath should be a must for everyone to be fresh and healthy. I feel better and cannot start my work without taking bath.

Yes you should shower everday but Wash your hair every other day sometimes i shower 2 to 3 times a day if I get all nasty from working out. Thats just plain gross not to shower. Now I do understand if you are too sick or something but geez people this is not the 1700s where there was no running water. Go scrub your stinky self and please use deoderant:)
And thats all I gotta say about that lol

i think alot can depend on what it is that your DOING in your day to day routine, and the type of body that you have, i mean if you work outside the home doing something that makes you smelly or sweaty, i think it would be a crime against your work associates to hold off on the soap ANY day, however i myself am a stay at home mom, and although ive known to break a sweat vacuuming or boiling water for dinner, i dont feel gross or smell if i dont bathe every single day, it depends on what i did,(i mean did i sit on my but in front of the computer??? or was i running around doing chores and yardwork?) and i enjoy bathing in the evening, easier not to take the time in the morning with the kids running rampid..

I feel like I have to bathe everyday just to get my day started. If I did not bathe every morning for work I would just feel really dirty and feel like staying in my pajamas all day and watch cartoons like when you were a kid on christmas break.

You know, my grandmother always used to tell me that we shouldn't bathe every day and somehow, old people always have certain words of wisdom that have a lot of truth to them. In that sense, call me nasty if you want LOL but sometimes, more so in the NYC winter, I do not bathe every day. If I am not sweaty and smelly sometimes I don't and I do find that I do not get sick a lot so I can tell you that it seems it is better for the immune system.

When I was in college I worked at a local fast food place. One day I was at my register and a group of guys asked me over to their table where they asked me "how long can you go without a shower before it's nasty" I said I take 2 a day (once before class and once after work) the one guy said "I must be REALLY nasty then" I didn't ask how long it was.
But anyway I need to take at least one shower a day. It feel dirty if I don't.

Well we should really understand that taking a bath everyday is good but letting ourselves not to take at least one day a week is good.
I am not sure indeed but it will lessen you to consume lots of water in a week. LOL
Actually i heard about that issue that "NO" for taking a bath at least one day a week is good, and not bad.
For some reason, yeah experts said that.
For a person like me who loves to take a bath everyday like 2x a day, would be quite hard, but sometimes i do implement that in my routine.
And yeah, it lessen me to consume lots of water a week. hehe
Have a nice day ahead.
