Poor & The Wealthy

A poor person by currency in any country should be given a share in the property of a wealthy person. In my opinion whole world should be made as small population blocks, and it is to be ensured that each block contains atleast a single wealthy person. All the poor pertaining to single block should be given balanced share in the property of the wealthy person.

its hard, no-wealthy person will agree that kind of rule, it just wont work. they are too greedy. thanks, have a gut day and dont forget to give +,-, best response to people who really deserve it, so you can earn more and help the community of mylot.
