computer games merit and demerit...?

any one like computer games .... is there any benifit for that... or wasting time.... i lke computer games becos it help's in concenta=ration is it right na...telll ur experiance

they provide enjoyment and stuff its ok
but
children need good exercise so too much games on the computer are kindof harming them

oh...i'm a gamefreak......may a little to become a gamefreak....i used to play hours and hours togethr.....i think it increases the concentration but the other way...
v get ourselves into the virtual worlds...v can rule it//but v r not aware of real life......v can immediate steps rite r wrong in the games but which is IMPOSSIABLE in real life....
but i used to play games...by the way

rite now i'm playin nothing...due to xams..
