What shampoo done use?

I use specific shampoo for my hair, before I've used fructis also, it's a very good shampoo for every type of hairs

I normally use heads and shoulders for men, but sometimes just any old heads and shoulders.

I use the same shampoo you are using =). Garnie Fructis, but it's an anti-dandruff shampoo. It's delicate for my hairs and eliminate dandruff. I use it once per week..or 2 times per week and my hairs are always beautiful and bright! My girlfriend loves them =)

I mostly use Mane and Tail as I am trying to grow my hair longer. It is supposed to make it stronger too. I also use a damage repair deep conditioner once a week. My hair is almost at my shoulder and I want it to my mid-back.

It's really a funny discussion and that's why I am answering it.... I use every shampoo and that's why I have got not much hair left on my head LOL
