paying us is an incentive...the more we work ,the more they earn and the more they pay us..if we benifit...it is MYLOT who benifits the most..!!

Because they can. I also think that they like to pay out to their users. It gives them a reputation to protect. And they can ban the people who go posting things like "Adfkbyz" or stuff.
