Drinking milk!!!

Do you drink milk before going to bed?
For me, it is the most natural way of throwing away your solid toxins from your body as soon as you wake up from bed in the morning...a feeling that makes you feel free from the weight of your tummy and the waste from your body!!! Whether you believe it or not, I suffer from constipation and hardly get rid of the waste next morning if I skip my glass of milk before going to bed!!!!

I think milk can be digested by all age groups...women tend to lose on the calcium after the age of 40 and they start suffering from unavoidable traumas like arthritis, rheumatism....and if you drink enough milk that is full of calcium content, there will be less possibility of suffering from the same...no doubt curd has its share of nutrition...thanks for your response

I too agree drinking a glass of milk is good for health as well as to remove toxins from the body. Also, drinking 4 to 5 glasses of water in the early morning 1 hour before eating anything also helps to eliminate the waste from the body. Drinking coconut water or vegetable juice or fruits juice early morning is also good for removing waste products. I think drinking milk before bed is really good and it also helps to get a sound sleep
