The much hated boss/co-worker!!

How do you take working 7+ hours a day with him?? Some times, just walking into work makes me almost depressed!! I had this coworker who thought she was all that. She thought she knew everything. She could see you working and come up to you to try and show you a better way!!
How are we to stop ourselves from lossing it and snapping one day??

I try to avoid them by being busy myself. If they try to tell me how to do my job while I'm doing it, I listen to their advice the first time, but if they keep giving it to many times I may suggest that they don't have work to do themselves. I may even suggest that I should talk to our supervisor since it seems like they would like to have more work so that they can stay busy.
