Do you think I would be able to lose weight if I cut my calories to 700 a day and exercised a lot? How much could I lose and how fast?

Yes you would definityly lose the weight really fast doing that. You will probably end up being anorexic. That's not a healthy way of lossing the weight.
The first time you stop you will gain it back and then some. You are only suppose to lose about 2lbs a day to maintain the weight loss longer.
You will end up feeling really run down if you lose to fast. I have done it before. Lost 80 lbs in three months. A year later it was back plus 20 extra.
So far I have lost 50 lbs in four months. I need to lose more but its slow going. I don't want to lose to fast because this time I don't want it to come back, and this way maybe my skin will go back on its own so I don't have to have plastic surgery to correct it.

I don't think limiting your calories to just 700 a day would be good for you. Your brain needs 300 calories itself just to keep working. Your metabolism would slow down if you limited your calories and I don't think doing rigorous exercise would be very good for you in that case. Just eat small, healthy meals regularly and exercise a little to start off with then gradually increase. No snacking on naughty foods inbetween!
