it is little bit difficult, but they can use it for text messaging, time, alarams i think thes can use with vibrate mode, so they can use it these easily

yes he can! my girlfriend is seeing a deaf man and they can text each other. they just set the phone to vibrate to feel when a call or message is coming threw.
