Hmm, I've seen monkey mails and no-minimum around but this one is new to me. I just found another traffic exchange which seems to be worthwhile and is giving a bonus for December surfing. http://www.trafficroundup.com/splash/05.php?ref=reviewads

I have found that while traffic exchanges can send you a lot of traffic, it tends to be extremely poor quality, since pretty much everyone surfing those exchanges is more interested in getting some free traffic, than in looking at your site. So, with the exchanges, while you do get a lot of people to your site, they will not even read it, or do anything else with that site. (Not criticising the exchange you mention, I have never tried it myself, this is just a trend I have noticed with traffic exchanges in general)
