Yes this really works, if you work. You get paid by the quality of the discussions your start. You get paid for responses and referrals. Keep in mind that you will not get paid for responding to other peoples discussions, but it is good to do that because then others will increase your rating, which in turn will make you more money. You get 25% of what your referrals make, so spread the word.

In My lot You need to Post Quality discussion, comment, replies.You will be be paid for that. there is no fixed payout system.but, If you post descriptively & clearly then iwould be paid. and also you will be paid for you rreferrals. You will be 25% of your referrals earnings.

I've done 119 posts and made 5.00 so if you're willing to spend the time I guess it's worth it. I really enjoy discussions so to me it's worth it.
