I know exactly what you are saying. While people may not be outright absuvise to their animals neglecting pets can be just a cruel. Animals are meant to approached with unconditional love, something to care for and nuture and watch thrive. They are not simply meant to be our playthings brushed aside when they are not longer cute, kittens or puppies, or we are simply bored with them. If you sense that someone is not caring for their pets properly, talk to a humane officer or read the laws yourself. Call the district attorney and find out the definition of words like "adequate" so you can better understand how your state laws protect animals.

I lke to own a dog as a pet.But there is a personal,dilemma in this. Am I not depriving,it of its freedom?
