Does anyone out there have weird neighbors?

My neighbors are so nosey.They are strange,Every time I walk outside the
guy is always sitting outside staring toward my back door.I've gone out early in the morning and it would be cold out
and he'd be sitting in a chair wrapped in a blanket.Is this weird or what?
It wouldn't be so strange if he'd sit on his porch not facing my house but he's in his drive way sitting.He's
in his 30's so he's not old and senile.
What do you think is weird or what?

Yes! The family across the street from me does the same thing! They are in their late 30's. I hate going outside because I always feel them looking at me. I also feel like I should be nice and wave to them so they don't think I'm rude. So sometimes I just pretend not to notice them. Do they not have anything else to do? I couldn't see myself sitting around for 6 hours doing nothing. They also know everything about everyone in the neighborhood. Nothing gets by them. I guess that could be a good thing.
