ok heres my problem, my boyfriends bday is on dec 16. and i wanna surprise him.. what would be the nicest surprise i could do? i planning to go out of town with him, but i dont think we could because my money is just right for our needs. its just enough. how could i surprise him without spending too much?

You don't have to spend a lot of money on someone to suprise or convey your feeling for someone. Get all his favorite foods together, rent his favorite movie, and have a picnic on a blanket in the livingroom. Turn off the phone and the outside world. Spend time with him doing the things he enjoys.
