Has anyone ever seen the movie Equilibrium

Its really a preety awesome movie. It came out a few yeaers ago but it slipped past me some how. Anyway its got Christian Bale in it so I decided to rent it an it was preety dam good and has some awesome fight scenes. It does however rimind me very much of a mix with the matrix and V for Vendetta, howeer it was definetely still good. Of coures the idiot critics ripped it. Thats probably why it got no attention. Go check it out.

I think Equilibrium is one of the best movies made ever. This movie perfectly shows people instintcs and possibility to feel and that they are not robots. They live to LIVE and FEEL, not to survive doing day by day the same things.
I think this was Kurt Wimmer's (Director) best film ever. He tried to make movie "Violet" with Milla Jovovich in the same way. But was not even close to "Equilibrium" with Cristian Bale. I think Action (shooting, blood, speed) movies are not for he womens, at least leading roles. Except "Speed 1,2" with Sandra Bullock ;)

Yeah! Same thing happened to me. I didn't even know it existed until years after it cmae out. And my dad said that he had seen it in theaters. I was like "What!? I was in theaters?" lol. I wonder why I didn't know! I'm a huge movie fan. And this movie was great! I can't believe the critics didn't like it.
