Do you have a Walmart in your town. If you do, has it effected the small retailers that have been around for ages?
Do you shop there? And what do you think about the quality of there products?

Hi! We had a regular walmart for years. A few years ago we got the super walmart with the grocery store, etc. I don't buy groceries there because their produce is terrible and the meat, well, I won't go there. I get sick when I drink milk from walmart, too. There are plenty of people here who are trying to support our other grocery stores and local stores, so I think in my area, there is a lot of support for the locals. Yayyy!

I know Wal-Mart put a small grocery store out of business when they put a Supercenter in town. I do shop at Wal-Mart because its easier to do one stop shopping. As for the quality of the products, it just depends on what you are buying. I know their shoes are less than to be desired, so I don't buy them there. You get what you pay for no matter where you shop.
