What has to be done to improve indian agriculture....to alieve the poverty????

Harvesting Rice - Farming is the ordinary occupation of people in many provinces in the Philippines. The picture shows a man harvesting rice.
Are there no schools there to teach agriculture? In the Philippines, we have good schools teaching agriculture such as the University of the Philippines in Los Banos, Laguna; the Central Luzon State University in Nueva Ecija, etc. Send scholars to study here after which they may contribute a lot to improve Indian agriculture.
