What is your best weight loss tip. I want to lose at least 10kg and finding it difficult to exercise.

I cannot really give you any tips except to repeat what others have said. Exercise, or increase your exercise, cut out sugary and fatty foods and drink lots of water. In general most people get so far with their weight loss, and then plateau for a while. That is when you have to increase the exercise as well as keep to the diet you have been on. Good luck and I hope that you achieve the weight loss you want to. :)

Don't sit down so much and tug your stomach in and walk straight. it should help you lose some weight.

Do yoga..n eat oil free,fat free meals...try to eat boiled vegetables n fresh fruits.u will definately loose your weight..but eat full..dont diet..

Try this out..As soon as you get up early in the morning have one full lemon juice in one glass of luke warm water.It helps in reducing fat and in turn reduces body weight.

Are you aware that over eating and calorie intake is not the ONLY reason for weight gain? Enviromental toxins is also a reason we gain weight. Keeping a positive mindset, no matter how high the mountain. It'll feel better standing atop of it rather than straining your neck to constantly look up. Don't give up. Afterall, what have you to return to? The state you was unhappy enough to prompt a change in the first place?

I will give you one advise. Dont try to increase your weight unless you are a real skeleton. When I was 19 I tried hard to increase my weight. At that time I did not realize that my size is enough and I had a nice vital stats. I increased weight with so much attempt, now see where I am. So my advise, dont try to increase.

My best tip for losing weight, is too cut back on what you eat. Obviously if you eat less at every meal and cut out snacks, you are bound to lose the weight. Good luck to you.

You know that's what I do these days. I'm happy to say that I have already lost 6 1/2 kgs todate. Yet another 4 something to go.

Start exercising and avoid fatty food.Eat only low calorie food.Drink lot of water.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles

Your fat...and most likely will be your whole life so accept it and just kill yourself. Otherwise proper diet and excersize.
