You should be watching this season :) It is my favorite and really good! I think because Veronica is out at college, it is more exciting. I didn't watch every episode of the previous seasons, but I haven't missed a single one of the current season!

Are they still doing mystery of the week type mysteries? They would have a huge mystery for the season. But then have little mysteries weekly. I kind of liked those!

Yes they are still doing that. This season there are actually a couple big mysteries going on (one that kind of started in the first episode then dwindled and another that started with Veronica). Then every episode there is another mystery, or two, or three! It's really interesting this season b/c of all the new college characters just add to the mystery :) I assume you'll see the DVDs so you can watch it in order, it's a great season.

I am currently in the process of acquiring seasons 1&2. I am so excited to watch them since I loved season 3 so much. I can't wait for season 4! It is an amazing and empowering show for girls.

Most of the flashbacks occur in season one, with a few in season two. The main theme of season one was finding out who killed Lily and who raped Veronica.

Well, I just got into Veronica Mars this season actually, because it's now showing right after the Gilmore Girls. Or maybe it was always in that time slot and I just didn't pay attention the last couple of seasons? At any rate, now I think I'm going to have to get the DVDs for the earlier seasons so I can check them out!

I haven't seen any of this new season. I liked the first season, the second season was kind of hit and miss. I did like the season finale of the second season.

I missed the first season. I did watch season 2 & what has been on so far of season 3. I thought season 2 was pretty good. I can't wait for the show to come back on.

I thought season one was the best by far! I loved that it sort of had a Twin Peaks theme to it. Not as weird, but still pretty interesting. Season two was pretty good also, but I'm not sure about season three. It seems a little vague compared to other seasons.

I heard that the writers had to change it up for new viewers. In order to keep the show on the air they had to make it more watchable for others if that makes any sense. I hope they didn't change it too much. It was a good show that was different.

I like season 1 too. I haven't seen this season because it runs at the same time as House. So, I might have to buy the season. But I hear some interesting things have been happening to Veronica.

I've bought the first season. I'm debating on buying the 2nd season. I'll probably check ebay. I like it but I'm sad because Duncan leaves the show.

I too thought it had an intense season finale. I didn't like the overall season mystery, but the ending was good.

I think I love season 1 but season 3 is shaping up to be pretty good as well!
I believe season 1 to be the best mainly because of the amount of characters it had and now they have to scale down. Hopefully it continues on for season 4 for a bit more funding.

The first season to any show is usually the best. And for Veronica Mars, it isn't any different for me. =)

I think the first one, but honestly? I've loved them all.
But the first one I suppose because it was all so new, and I loved the whole "who killed Lily Kane" mystery a lot more, as opposed to the "who crashed the school bus" one.

The first season was definitely my favorite, but I did love season two quite a lot as well! And while the current season doesn't live up to either of those, I'm still loving it.

The first one is definitely my favorite season. Everything about it was perfect, as far as plot and characters, and they really wound everything together beautifully. The storyline for the first season was just flawless.
