I can give you a tried and tested remedy, which includes garlic. Take a fistfull of fresh leaflets from the Drumstick tree (Moringa), wash them thoroughly, about four cloves of garlic, peeled and lightly crushed, add to 1 glass of water and slow boil for about 15-20 minutes. Strain off the leaves and garlic, and drink the liquid concoction. Repeat it every day, twice daily morning and evening, and you should see your BP coming down to normal. Continue your daily exercises like walking, jogging etc. My BP was170/120 and now its normal. I continued the treatment for about nine months, gradually reducing it to once daily, once in two days, once a week and then stopped altogether. I have never taken any other medication for High Blood Pressure before or after this. Hope you have a good response to it. The best part is that there are no side effects like allopathic medices.
