it..heres what i want some ideas on, im a larger women and i want to lose some baby weight plus some, im going to cut pop/soda out of my diet, which i hope helps, i am going to starting walking for 1 hour a day, what are something things that i can eat that will help lose weight..should i go low carb or low calories? what has worked for you, im not looking to spend alot of money in the food becuase i will still have to buy my normal things for my husband and son....what are your idea?

u r doing great...walking is the best thing u could do try no oil cheese or fried food for a month and walk regularly and see the difference use vegetables and fruits and no rice .......no potato.....

i am going to be walking on my break for an hour a day about a mile and a half so i hope that helps!

dont worry about a big diet...just cut out the junk...switch to diet soda instead of cutting it out...your gonna need some sorta fix..and that zero calorie will help..and stay active...i lost 25 lbs that way...no junk..no snacking between meals...and missing a desert or 3 helped alot.

thats a good idea about the diet pop but im gonna get rid of pop all together
