What do i do about this gal i like and she clearly likes me but im scared!!!?

we talk all the time, go to movies, she held my hand at the movies, she always calls me to ask how my day went, she is so sweet and i cant help but fall for him we even have our own song... the only problem is... we have already tried this... twice actually. i beileve in 2nd chances but a 3rd chance?!?! we have done a lot of growing up since we last went out but i dont want to get hurt again... but i really really like her. i just dont know what to do!!! i feel like im sort of leading her on... i like her but im not sure if we can go farther than friends!!! HELP!!!!
