Fresh water fish or fishes from the ocean.
Sometimes, the fishes in the reservoirs use to taste good.
What about fishes from the springs?
How does it taste?

Yeah. Fresh water fish is the best choice. The reason is that its from pure water and the chances of food poisoning is less.
