I do believe on that because even you are sleeping it might kill you... even you are watching tv... take a bath... or any thing that make's your blood rise up....

yes it is 'cus my dad was a victim, at 56 he had stroke despite the regular medication and healthy living. we just have to be cautious and be worry free. emotions are the major factor that trigger high blood pressure.

if you are diagnossed with High BP you have to take medication and have regular exercise.
If u become lazy then you are killing urself.

Yes i do. Alot of people don't realize they have it. Especially woman,they don't understand that sometimes when they think their having a hot flash or their heart is racing it is because their blood pressure is up.If you know it's hereditary in your family then everyone needs to have it checked!
