Do we still feel the Christmas Spirit now a days?

i feel and see the spirit of christmas every day when i see my childrens faces. I am a pagan and to me this whole month is sacred, i feel it is the month in which the road journey of the year begins and that spirit of rebirth and renewel can never be lost it is the time of lights and delivering beginnings and endings, a magical time indeed. No, this spirit can never be lost, blessed be may it continue to exist. to you all the best may you bring peace with you and if our life paths cross may we both smile at the memmory of good friends well met

Im not one to get into the christmas spirit since my mom passed away when i was 8 it hasnt been the same.. but it has gotten better since i have gotten pregnant and knowing that after christmas she will be here in febuary and that my husband has two kids as well!
