Hi freinds lets discuss something bout indian cricket team ,I think team management should stop politics and should see that only capable persons will be in the team.

Truly, but the picture goes well ahead of that.
Firstly, there has to be a CEO for BCCI. Every other cricket pplaying nation is handled very professionally as one manages the company. With CEO,CFO's and cricketers. Methinks its only with India its more political in nature.
Secondly, meritocracy has to be embedded in our team. Best man for the job has to be cherished.
With professional management and meritocracy , we will see the rejuvanted Indian SPORTS not only the cricket team.
