What exotic food do you think your country is famous for?

For the Philippines, i think it's balut. I still can't eat that 16-day old chick in a well-lit place,especially when I catch a glimpse of that semi-formed wings.

Hmm.. I doubt I'll dare to try balut. I think the most exotic dish in my country is frog's legs (literally). They cook it with soya sauce, ginger, spring onions and some other stuff.

Actually the foodculture in my countryis very boring. I think we are famous for our swedish meat-balls and smorgasbord =) More exotic than that it doesn´t really get over here!
