~*EGG NOG*~~

I am looking for a any and all egg nog recipies that you may have. I can not seem to find one that my children and husband will enjoy, they want to be able to make it themselves this year.
Any ideas or recipies will be valued.

yum yum egg nog!!Eggnog Punch
1-3/4 to 2 quarts French vanilla or cinnamon ice cream
8 cups (2 quarts) dairy eggnog or canned eggnog, chilled
1 liter cream soda, chilled
Peppermint sticks, cinnamon sticks, and/or candy canes, optional
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Place ice cream in an extra large punch bowl. Add half the eggnog. Stir and mash mixture
using a potato masher until ice cream is melted and mixture is well combined.
Stir in remaining eggnog.
Slowly pour in cream soda, stirring to combine.
To each glass add a peppermint stick, cinnamon stick, or candy cane.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon (about 1/8 teaspoon per serving).
Makes about 24 (6 oz.) servings.

This is one that was passed onto me about a week ago and no,I havent tried this as yet but cant wait to-I'm the only one that likes it in my family.....ah well....poor me....lol

lol yea really poor you:)) My kids love it, I refuse to let them have any that isn't cooked, or treated. My mom use to make it when I was little and the eggs didn't get cooked then so I had a strong dislike for it. Then my husband baught some the first Christmas that we were together and I was shocked at the difference in taste.
I can't wait to try this. Specially since I loveeee French Vanilla icecream, and cinnamon lol, hubby will have to get over the french vanilla part;) or I can just not let him know.
