Has anyone ever received a response to a mail to mylots?

I've emailed them quite a few times on 2 different subjects and NEVER received a response, nor have I seen any action taken on my complaints.
Not that I'm really complaining, but I do wonder if they even read our mails to them.
If they aren't going to read or response or take action, why have a contact us?
Overall I'm quite happy and having fun on mylots.
But I'm one of those who follows rules for the most part. So when people blatentlly break these rules (set up by mylot) I think... why even have rules if you aren't going to enforce them?

yep. when i was like a 2 week old member on mylot, i emailed them once. i gave suggestions on how they can improve mylot. getting easier access to discussions i've started and discussions where i get responses, too. just hours after, they replied to me saying that they'll give my requests considerations. and weeks after, i saw improvements on mylot.
hmm. i think they are just busy that's why they haven't responded to you yet. and just like you, i am also having fun here in mylot. goodluck to all of us!

I emailed mylot, and they haven't got back to me either. sometimes they do sometimes they don't.

hmm. i wonder why. well, i only sent one message to them and got a reply hours after. maybe it depends on the mail plus they get to receive so many concerns from the members. they might not have enough time to answer all.

I have never tried to email them. I don't like the fact that they're not answering your emails though. I don't think that it's a good sign for customer service to function in this manner - or not function, depending upon how you want to say it.
