Do you prefer watching a movie in the theatre or on a dvd.?

i refer watching movie in theater more than watching it in dvd because it is more fun watching it in theater.

I prefer renting a DVD or watching it on "On Demand." I think the movie theatre is a big waste of money. Just for 2 people to go, watch the movie and get some snacks can cost up to 30 dollars!! I would rather watch it in the comfort of my own home and eat my own snacks-LOL and save myself more than half of the cost.

I prefer to watch movies in the theater now. Before I always watch movies on a DVD player, or computer, since it's cheaper and more convinence, but now, I like the feeling in theater, feels more to movies

Well I love seeing movies in the theaters due to the size of the screen and such however I can't deal with the crowds that are in them usually, even at the off times. Therefore I prefer to watch them at home. I'm more comfortable and if I need to stop it I can to go to the bathroom or to get some food. I don't have to worry about missing anything.

if I have money I prefer watching movie in the theatre because you are comfortable watching the movie and no one is disturbing unlike in the house but If you are trying to save some money,it is better to watch DVD because your whole family can watch the movie and you only spend for the rent of the DVD and another point is you can replay it if you want to see again at your own discretion.

Sorry, I'm movie buyers ....if the trailor & the review from authentic remember authentic friends is good & worth while making a hole in yr pocket then no matter what happens it will be viewed in the theatre but if the review is not good then a mere Dvd will do the needful........ Only thing that counts is not to insult any good worth theatre watching move to be seen on a Dvd b'use beleive me or not Indians like 70mm screen more then tv screen & more over we don't hv 43" Tft screen at home too........

Well i prefer watching movies on theatres and especially on multiplexes. You might not agree but the effects felt in theatres can't be compared while watching it on DVD or anything else.

It would depend. If the movie has just been released in the cinemas, where are you going to find DVDs for them? Unless you are talking about illegal means.

I like both but I prefer to watch it from DVD at home altough I like to watch at the cinema too because the sound effect is greater and looks like you're part of the movie.
