what country have the most car accidents and why.

I know that by watching people driving in Costa Rica I might believe that your country has a great many accidents. Often people don't pay attention to the road signs and the roads are not great to start with. Still, I would have to agree that there are probably the most accidents in the U.S. because there are more people, more cars, more people with cars, and probably more people drinking and driving and doing other activities while driving which would mean more accidents.
