Here is my Chocolate Mousse Recipe ~~~ Easy as can be
Easy Chocolate Mousse
"Chocolate mousse that tastes like something from a restaurant, with the ease of instant pudding!"
INGREDIENTS
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the pudding in a large bowl using 1 1/2 cups milk instead of the suggested 2 cups.
Fold in the whipped topping until blended. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.

I have two things that I like to have at holiday time. The first one is real easy. All you need is a can or two of fruit cocktail, (you can probably put fresh fruit in it if you prefer), and a container of cool whip. Mix them together and enjoy. My mom used to put marachino cherries on top just to make it look pretty. The second is an appetizer. You take deli ham slices and spread cream cheese on them(its best if you leave the cream cheese out for awhile to soften) you can put garlic or finely chopped onions in the cream cheese if you want. Then roll up the ham. Chill for a little bit. then cut into pieces so they look like pinwheels. They are very good.
