Make it illegal for pregnant women to smoke

I find it absolutely selfish and irresponsible of women who smoke during pregnancy. I dont understand why there there are no campaigns aimed specificly at this (for the sake of the child)? In my opinion it should become unlawful for pregnant women to smoke. It amounts to child abuse. If the mother cannot be responsible while the child is in her how can she be a responsible mother when the child is born? This has nothing to do with equality or mothers rights. Yesterday I saw a heavily pregnant HR girl from the company I work for smoking on the balcony and I got so enraged at her arrogance of doing. Was she not aware that everyone was standing looking at her with disgust? I believe the same should apply to alcohol and pregnant women. If my wife became pregnant there is no chance EVER of her smoking while pregnant. She WILL quit the day she finds out she is pregnant. And this would be non-negotiable.
