I'm pregnant right now, and before I was pregnant I lost weight by using Medifast. Their website is www.medifast1.com if you want to check them out. As soon as I can after having the baby, I plan on going back on Medifast.

I had my son 9 months ago and still haven't been able to lose all the weight. However, I gained 60 pounds with him, which I know was too much to gain! I recently started NutriSystem and I've had AMAZING results with it so far! I lost 7 pounds in the first week, and 20 pounds within a month a half. I highly recommend it. :)

I bought some exercise tapes called walk away the pounds. It is very low impact exercise you can do in your living room without any equipment. It does not involve jumping around so you will not wake up your little sleeping angel either! When the baby becomes a toddler she will love doing these tapes with you. I also have a yoga ball that I use to work out. They are great and are also low impact.

Im sure u wont be ready to get started too soon after delivery but there are tons of exercising you could do at home.
running in place, sit ups, crunches, push ups... all kinds of things.
even look online for free exercise videos.. I always look them up and use them.. some of them I even find on youtube.

When I had my baby girl three years ago, I lost weight by taking her on a lot of walks in her stoller. It's good for the baby to get out (of course not when they're first newborn but after a little bit). I also did about a hundred push ups per week, it's not a lot but it worked.
