myLot is cool! Your ideas on any improvements and new features?

myLot is cool, but still it seems a bit difficult to understand and get used to because it is different from other forums. And also a lot of people lose their interest quickly. What do you think are the improvements and new features that will make myLot a lot better and userfriendly? I think the layout should be changed or at least we have to be able to select between how we see the discussions. Sometimes its difficult to navigate through your interests. Also, do you think there should be moderators? Or, it should be completely unmoderated? What else, if any, features you want?
