Better to love and lose. Because you can get over that person after a while

It is far better to have loved. When you love you know what is one of the most sublime emotions of humanity, to give yourself to other, to trust someone, to have someone do depend on, simple words are not enough to describe it, and even if you loved and lost it, the memories of love will be an experience that makes you a more complete human.

I can honestly say that I have never know true love. I have had strong feelings for some but never deep enough to call it love. I never married and I am a very happy person. I believe in another old addage....you can't miss something that you never had. I have no regrets. I have had a good life without a husband or children and I firmly believe that I will end my days feeling the same way.

I feel that everyone should fall in love atleast once. The feeling of being in love is amazing. you forget everythin, all work, all friends, all sorrow, day and night. It makes you a lot happier than what you are.
and when you are out of it you understand the value of life, time, people and relations. It makes you a lot more mature
