Have any idea how much an International sms will cost?

i have many friends in India and i've been sending them sms from Australia. My plan is with Telstra. Can anybody tell me how much an International sms will cost? Just curious to know about it.Is it cheap or costly?

i does't cost more in india it cost 20 rs or less

Waoo, 20Rs, equal to perhaps half dollar. In pakistan, the rate is 5Rs equal to about 8cents. while one service provider is providing it in 1.5Rs, equal to about 2-3 cents. :-)

you can send International sms by websites. if you send it fromyour mobile it would cost you more. search for free sms in that particular contry. example if you want to send sms to us. try to get a us website & you can send free sms to us. similar to india also.
