What do you think about the lawsuit filed against Kanye West?

"Evel Knievel has sued Kanye West, taking issue with a music video in which the rapper takes on the persona of "Evel Kanyevel" and tries to jump a rocket-powered motorcycle over a canyon." Do you think this lawsuit is reasonable or do you think it's just Evel Knievel's way of getting back into the headlines? I personally think that it's crap when someone who seems to be so talented (Kanye West) can't come up with his own ideas. If he wanted to choose a character similar to Evel Knievel why in the world would you use a name that you know is going to bring trademark and legal issues. Come on people let's be original. What's your take on this?
