life sucks

i am now getting on in years and every day get more pains in every part of my body the latest one is my ar-e and i have to go to the docs tomorrow to get my results about my blood tests and i can tell you i am not looking forward to it one bit, do i tell him about my latest pain ?? i used to enjoy my life and was so active but now i seem to be scared of every pain i get since my brother in law passed away at 56 years who was my best mate and my sole mate, and now i an scared this may happen to me. my wife is my life and she alone keeps me going but my body tells me some think isnt right, i cannot tell her how i feel so not to upset her, so what do i do ?? any help out there ?????
