dont you think mylot pays a little too low...........?

I'm sure they must be earning a lot more than they pay, but if you think about it, this site is paying A LOT of people, so I'm sure all of our little amount each day adds up to a HUGE payment that they must payout. At the beginning of today, I had 77 posts, and I've made a total of $7.19. I think that is pretty good, though obviously it's not much for my time, but it's a lot more than most people seem to be making for a lot more posts than I've made. Want to know my secret? Okay... first wire me some money to my private account... okay, or not, basically, you ever heard the term "runneth of the mouth"? Well, that's when someone talks way too much... well, I've developed "runneth of the fingers", which makes me type far to much as replies to peoples answers. And guess what? Because I type so much, they must think they are quality answers (mimd you, I also think they are quality answers as well) because I get a fairly large amount of money (compared to others, not really large in the major scheme of things) for my small number of posts. I also try to make interesting conversations that people will want to post in, and so far, I've had good luck with them getting a decent amount of replies on them, and some with a lot of replies. So, that's probably helping the money that I'm earning as well. But one thing that I think helps my conversations, is I'm active in them, so lots of people talk back and forth with me and we learn a lot. Okay, that's my super-long post for the day lol... I wasn't expecting to talk quite that much (but it does illustrate my point).

Dear Amit312_18, It seems as if on different days, the algorithim they use is different. Some days I will make .07 and another day $1.07. It just doesn't make any sense of how they calculate. I've had the number after my name drop a few times and the earnings drop by $2.00 today. Yes, it is discouraging, but where else can you chat and be paid? Try to be positive and give it a little longer.

Actually I think that mylot pays pretty good for the number of people they have to pay, I think they do what they can in order to get a profit for themselves too. Mylot has recently accounced that they pay more for the quality discussions and less for discussions that they don't find to be that good.

Just concentrate on responding quality material. Don't be just formal. Make friends give them postive mark. Upload your own photos, share the real stories of your life. Start quality discussions. This way you can earn lot from MyLot...

Ya even I m facing the same problem. When I participated in 33 discussions, I was awarded only $0.83. I think my lot pays you very less for your participation.

Good you can post that many per day. I concentrate on here but I can't post as many as I want. But the joy compensate all the hardships I encounter. I just have $1.84 since 5 days ago... hehehehhe It's fun to be here anyway.

considering that we are payed for just discussing whatever interests us ,and making friends,and chatting,i would say you are being ungreatefull towards mylot,i am a member here for more than 3 months now and i am more than happy with the payment...if you came here expecting to get rich then maybe you should search for another way...mylot is all about fun and exchanging ideas,what would you like to be payed for that?there are other sites like mylot,for example myspace that don't pay you a thing,you just make friends and discuss interests same as here,but mylot on the other hand gives you the opportunity to make some extra bucks...what people don't understand is that it all adds up..after a month or 2 you will maybe have 100 dollars on your account and u can take them out and enjoy them..

I make my money and I make allot of it on here because I know how to. I don't share how I do it because then it would cost mylot to much money and they would stop it. I haven't figured out exactly how they pay because it switches up but just post allot. Somedays you might make more then others. Your rating is on 126 so just be patient my rating should be higher because I have been on this site for almost 3 months now. I just have come to learn that there are great ways to make money but people just over look them. You don't get that much from making a discussion and getting a ton of responses. Just respond to discussions and stop focusing on making them and responding to reply's. Once you just start responding to other people's discussions more you will notice that. I wish you the best and hope you just stick with and you'll learn of other ways along the way.

I am making more than I thought I would and am pleased and surprised. How little is little? Perhaps it's not as little as others are getting. Stick with it, it takes a bit before you see an increase. And don't forget to have fun.

My earnings have been higher than I thought they'd be. I haven't even made 700 posts and I've made over 30$. That's much more than I ever expected to make.

That does sound kinda low. I've been posting for the last 6 days and I've only posted to 78 and I've made $5.30. I don't know how you can do 30 a day, I do maybe 10-12 a day, and I'm wore out,but of course, I don't respond to just anything, that's my problem I read instead of type! Lol. Good post! I have thirty five posts so far and have received only .6 dollars. Probably, the ones who earn a lot more are bcos of their referrals. Anywez, who pays for chatting and discussing stuff? So, this site is very good bcos u dont get bored, you improve your general knowledge, you earn a little extra!

it all depends on ur thinking capacity...the better u write better u get..i write less but i write good ones...with quality photos..i also do parttime with other sites ..u want the links then reply back..

Well, a lot of it, is Quality discussions when you Post a response to someones discussion, and starting Quality discussions. Also the length of your discussion helps with what you can earn on here as well. And if you post an image, make sure it fits the topic being discussed or you will not earn anything from there. Another Tip, if your answer gets chosen as Best Response, you make more off of that too. I am learning as I go too, but have found out there is no real solution to it, but it is worth it all.

same here but i haven not posted much.i dont think my lot is paying a lot .i cannot understand the logic of payment .for one post i get 4c and for another i get only 1c .
