What do you feel about Nas album title "Hip Hop Is Dead"? Do you think there is something wrong witht he state of hip-hop? I agree that hip-hop is dead. It has become so commercialized and exploited by these big corporations. The original essence of hip hop is completely gone. What people feel to realize when someone makes this statment is that there are more than one element to Hip-Hop. You have the djing, grafitti, and breaking. Those elements have definitely lost its place in "current" hip-hop culture. Rappers out these days are coming out with garbage. There seems to be no intelligence amongst present day "MC's"
