hello every body plz help me i m in a big tussle right these days. Actualy i m a software engineer and had recently persued my engineering in july2006.I have got 57% aggregrate marks in my whole degree.Now many of my friendz are settles up right now and are working wth big MNC's(multi national corporations), all these MNC's require is more than 60% of criteria but i got 3% less then their requirements .So i thought why shund'nt i start with a small firm or do i wait for ne good miracal oppurtunites?
what should i do tell me?

Since this is the start of your career and I am sure you need a job, I would start off with a smaller company. You may end up liking the smaller firms better and be better off than your friends in the long run. In the US many smaller companies take better care of their employee than larger ones do.
