Why is everyone shouting quality and then not answering quality posts?

Yes you are absolutely true ! I am also not getting what exactly they mean to say quality posting or posting with some content ! I believe they want to come up with some data bank, where they can store knowledgeble information in assorted fashion, like in case of encyclopaedia for future references. This can help them in future when they can start their own search engine with out anyones collaboration. Thats why they every time insisting for quality postings and discouraging copy right materials from postings. They are not even allowing repeated posting of same answers, though we get repeated same questions for discussion.THey again wanted to post the photographs with titles so that they can be arranged and stored in data base, just like any other search Engine ! Any way it will take some time to understand what exactly they want us to post and the members who are not interested in eloborative and sincere writings will automatically culled out.
