If you can't do it on their website. Try www.checkfree.com. They have many companies listed on their website and the service is free. I have been using them for years, way before banks would allow you to set up payments through their sites.

In England you just set up a direct Debit. Essentially it draws out the money each month and no hassle from you. Should be able to do it from your online bank account.

Who is your provider?? Find there web-site or telephone number. Register as a new user. You might need one of your telephone bills handy..if all else fells call them. Go to the area on their website that says something like "pay my bill" or "make one time payment" or sometimes you can either set up future payments and automatic payments. You'll need either a check or debit/credit card handy to process.. Good luck.
