Meaningful names for people

Should the names of persons be meaningful? What do u think? Is there any advantage in having meaningful names?

Thats a good suggestion which you have given. but dont you think most of them are not like that. hope you have a good, meaningful name. please share it if you dont mind.
dont you think its going to be a problem putting meaningful names only to people? there is chance of repetitions to a grat extend.
