Rice is good for health

I eat rice twice a day. It contains lot of carbo-hydrates and fibre. Carbo-hydrates generates energy. Fibre is helpful for digestion. We also eat rice in the form of Dosa. We usually eat steamed rice on cooker.

yes, I prefer rice and have rice for every meal except breakfirst.
here, sountherners have rice everyday.
