How much do you know about other religions?

I think it is important to at least know the basics of various religions and spiritual paths...If we were more aware and educated maybe society wouldnt be so negative when it comes to someone who is different in their way of thinking or doing...I try to educate myself on a regular basis and I do my best to keep my kids educated as well, not jsut with various religions but also lifestyles...Get to know your neighbour etc ya know..maybe if more ppl did that there wouldnt be so much hate in the world..We hate what we fear, we fear what we dont know....so get to know it, stop fearing it and end the hate ;-)

Not necessarily, u need to know other religions. But to gain knowledge and pick good things from others we can know about other religions. There is nothing wrong in it.

Yes, I believe that we should learn as much as possible about the world around us so that we have a tolerance for people from all walks of life.

Well I know quite some about other religions. I know Islam, I know Christians, I know Budhism, I know Hindunism, I know Catholics, Mormon, Christians Science, Kaballah, etc. If you happen to live in the States, they claimed that they have more than 40 religions! I don't study religions, and in my personal opinion religion it's not important. There is no salvation in the religion. What important is what and who you believe. Because from all my understanding about every religions; they all are teaching about 'good' not about bad. Eventhought the standard of good could be different from one to another what so called religions.
